I know, I know… gingerbread and it’s not even Spring!? I’m sure some people are thinking this but if you love gingerbread as much as I do, you can eat it any time! These are my gingerbread protein bites! Full of just the right amount of ginger and spices. The blackstrap molasses adds a nice touch to give it the authentic taste of gingerbread.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup extra fine almond flour
1/3 cup Smart 138 Foods vanilla pea protein powder
1 to 2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any other type nut milk
1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Shape into 12 to 15 balls.
Store in the refrigerator.
